Sarah Tremblett is a Registered Social Worker in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers & Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) and the Ontario Association of Social Workers (OASW). She holds a Master of Social Work from McGill University and a Bachelor of Social Work from Memorial University of Newfoundland, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Social Work at Wilfrid Laurier University.

Sarah works with children ages 6 and up, helping them navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, family transitions, trauma, and more. Sarah approaches children's therapy with an individualized, compassionate perspective. She uses evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play based therapy, and mindfulness techniques to create a safe space where children can express themselves, develop coping skills, and build emotional resilience.

Sarah understands the importance of supporting families. In addition to working with children, she collaborates closely with parents and caregivers to help them understand their child’s needs, improve communication, and strengthen family dynamics. Sarah's goal is to empower both children and families to thrive together, creating lasting positive change.

If you're looking for a trusted therapist who is passionate about helping children and families grow stronger, Sarah would be honoured to walk alongside you on this journey.

Sarah offers flexible appointment scheduling, including days, evenings, and Saturdays.
